Todd Webb was an American photographer notable for documenting everyday life and architecture in the US. After he was hired in 1957 by the UN to capture its general assembly on film, Webb then won a contract to photograph countries like Togo, Ghana, Kenya, and Tanzania in 1958. ⁠
